Hello, I’m Anthony Pho, the creator of Taekwondo Kicks Training. I’m based in Paris, France, and this application is the result of a lifelong journey through martial arts, movement, and real-world experience. This app is not just a training tool. It’s a place where my passions, my life, and my teaching come together.
My Journey with Martial Arts
My journey didn’t start with a single discipline. I began practicing several martial arts, including Karate, Taekwondo, and Tricking. Each of these arts shaped the way I move, train, and understand the body.
What started as curiosity quickly became a deep passion. Martial arts taught me discipline, resilience, and focus, but also creativity and freedom. Training was never only about techniques — it became a way to express myself and to constantly push my limits.
From Martial Artist to Professional Stunt Performer
Alongside my martial arts practice, I became a professional stunt performer in France. Over the years, I’ve worked on more than 150 films and productions and participated in over 150 shoots.
This career pushed my understanding of movement even further. Performing stunts means repeating movements until they are precise, efficient, and safe. Today, I also work as a fight choreographer, designing combat scenes where realism, technique, and storytelling meet.
Everything I learned on set — precision, adaptability, and body control — directly feeds the way I train and teach martial arts.
Why I Created Taekwondo Kicks Training
The idea for this application came from real life. People I trained kept asking how to keep training when they couldn’t go to the dojang, how to stay motivated between classes, or how to improve their kicks safely at home.
At the same time, I faced the same challenge myself. Even as a professional, I needed structured and efficient training I could use anywhere. That’s when everything clicked. Why not create the tool we all needed?
This app allowed me to bring together my experience in martial arts, my life as a stuntman, and my passion for teaching into one single project.
The Vision Behind the App
My goal was simple: to create an application that truly understands martial arts and the people who practice them.
Every exercise is built on authentic Taekwondo principles and adapted to different levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Sessions are designed to evolve, stay engaging, and avoid routine, while remaining accessible anywhere, anytime.
The app is not here to replace the dojang. It’s here to support your practice, keep you moving, and help you progress at your own pace.
